This Privacy Policy explains how Blueleaves Farms ("we", "us") collects and uses information in our internal operations applications. These are private, staff-only business tools used by our employees and authorised partners to run day-to-day farm, production, logistics and back-office operations. They are not consumer apps and are not intended for the general public.

This policy covers the following apps, which share one backend (Google Firebase, project basically-good-ops):

• Basically Blue (farm.blueleaves.bbops) — operations app for Basically Good staff.
• BLF Command Center (farm.blueleaves.blf) — farm operations app for Blueleaves Farms staff.
• BB Teammate (ops.basicallyblue.teammate) — phrase/PIN companion app for drivers and field staff.

Who can use these apps

Access is restricted to accounts provisioned by our administrators. A person can only sign in if we have created a member record for them. There is no public sign-up.

Information we collect

• Account & identity: your name, work email and assigned role. For Google sign-in apps this comes from your Google account (name, email, profile photo). For BB Teammate, a login phrase and PIN you are issued by an administrator.
• Location: with your permission, your device location is used to record attendance (arrival/departure at company sites) and, for delivery roles, to share live vehicle position with dispatch during an active route. On the Basically Blue and BB Teammate apps this can include background location (location while the app is closed) so that attendance hours and active-route tracking remain accurate. Location is collected only while you are clocked in or on an assigned route.
• Camera & photos: with your permission, photos you capture or select are attached to operational records — e.g. fulfilment, rejection and signed-invoice proofs, bagging/contamination/harvest photos, and batch QR scans.
• Operational data you enter: the orders, invoices, procurement, attendance, batch and logistics records you create or update as part of your work.
• Device & diagnostic data: basic device identifiers, app version and crash/diagnostic logs used to keep the apps working and secure, and push-notification tokens so we can send you work notifications.

How we use information

• To operate the apps and the features above (attendance, logistics, orders, procurement, HR).
• To authenticate you and enforce role-based access to company data.
• To send operational notifications relevant to your role.
• To diagnose problems, prevent abuse and keep the system secure.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising. We do not share it with third parties except the service providers below who process it on our behalf.

Service providers

We use Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Cloud Storage, Cloud Functions, Cloud Messaging) and Google Maps Platform to provide these apps. Data is processed on Google Cloud infrastructure under Google's terms. See Google's Privacy Policy.

Data retention

Account and operational records are retained for as long as your account is active and as required for our legitimate business and legal/accounting obligations. Location and diagnostic data are retained only as long as needed for the purposes above. When you leave the organisation, your access is revoked and personal data is deleted or anonymised in line with our retention practices, unless we are required to keep it for legal reasons.

Your choices

• You can grant or revoke camera, photo and location permissions at any time in your device settings. Some features (e.g. attendance, delivery tracking, photo proofs) will not work without them.
• As these are employer-provided tools, requests to access, correct or delete your personal data are handled through your administrator.

Children

These apps are for our staff and authorised partners only and are not directed to children under 16.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
