This is the support page for Blueleaves Farms' internal operations apps. These are
private, staff-only business tools used by our employees and authorised partners. If you
use one of our apps and need help, you're in the right place.
The apps we support:
- Basically Blue — sales & core operations for Basically Good staff.
- Blueleaves CC — in-facility operations for Blueleaves Farms staff & growers.
- BB Teammate — phrase/PIN field companion for drivers and field staff.
Signing in
- Basically Blue & Blueleaves CC: sign in with the work Google account your
administrator provisioned for you. If you can't sign in, your account may not be set up yet —
contact us at the email above. You can also tap "Explore Demo" on the sign-in screen
to preview the app with sample data, without an account.
- BB Teammate: sign in with the login phrase and PIN your manager issues you.
Common questions
- I can't sign in / "access blocked". Your account is provisioned by an administrator;
there is no public sign-up. Email us and we'll check your access.
- How do I report a bug or request a feature? Email
shyamlikhith@blueleaves.farm with a short description
and a screenshot if possible.
- The app says an update is available. On Blueleaves CC, open More → App →
Check for updates. Other apps update automatically on next launch.
- Camera, photo or location permissions. You can grant or revoke these any time in your
device Settings. Some features (scanning, attendance, delivery proof) need them to work.
